WantedTHIS ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLEI would like to rent either a large 2bdrm or 3 bdrm place within 20 mile radius of alexandria. We have two boys and they are outgrowing our current home. We are responsible renters and are able to fix minor projects and updates as needed. We are pretty handy and just need something larger than what we have. Our main concern is bedroom size. If only a 2bdrm it must fit bunkbed as our boys' current room does not. Would love it to be within our price and a fixer upper is ok. We currently pay $600 including most utilities.
