I paid $40 for it and am looking to get $25 or best offer back out of it. The tubular steel frame with black powder coating guards against rust. It has large 10" poly wheels and standard single pin hitch. Rate control located high on the handle for precise settings. Unit has enclosed gears for years of trouble-free use. Molded plastic hopper has good capacity and is totally rustproof. Comes with the instructions for rate setting. Can be used for fertilizer, dry chemical, grass seed, or even salt.
