Guided Mountain Bike Ride

Mountain biking is an exciting sport that can be enjoyed by everyone who knows how to ride a bike. Instructor, George Odio Jr. will teach you a set of basic skills before you hit the dirt and turn obstacles into something to look forward to. All skill levels are welcome. Rentals available (must be reserved at the Bike and Fitness Company at least 3 days in advance). $19 per person meet at Bike and Fitness parking lot tour starts 10:00 am ends 12:30 pm.
